A group of miltary men in the central park this afternoon. Think they were on a shopping trip as some had carrier bags with them.
I think this is the Museum of Literature, but I may be wrong. Anyhow it's a lovely building with statues holding books adorning each archway.
Some things have not changed since the Soviet era...
In spite of Azerbaijan being a secular society, the drawer in our hotel still has an arrow pointing towards Mecca.
